Her communication is top-notch—she kept us updated at every single turn, leaving no room for guesswork. Beyond her great communication, she is an absolute powerhouse who does whatever it takes to get the job done. She navigated roadblocks with ease and worked tirelessly to ensure a smooth, successful closing. We highly recommend her! 5 Stars is not enough to describe her. We hope she remains part of our family here in New Mexico! Thank you, Danielle!

We had a great experience working with Dawn to sell our home. From the beginning, she was professional, knowledgeable, and very responsive. She communicated with us throughout the entire process and was always available to answer our questions and explain the next steps clearly. Dawn demonstrated strong knowledge of the local market and provided helpful guidance on pricing, listing, offers, inspections, negotiations, and closing. We especially appreciated her communication during the inspection and negotiation process. She kept us informed, explained our options, and helped us navigate the process smoothly. Since we moved out of state before the sale was completed, good communication and coordination were especially important to us. Dawn worked closely with us remotely and coordinated with the buyer's agent, title company, and other parties to make sure everything stayed on track through closing. Overall, Dawn was reliable, patient, and professional throughout the entire transaction. Selling a home while living in another state could have been stressful, but her responsiveness and support made the process much easier. We truly appreciated her help and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Albuquerque area.

They would always be communicating everything that was going on and move really quick to make things happen.
