I cannot say enough good things about Joel. He saved us when another broker was not a good fit, and from the minute we started working with him, we knew we had made a good move. What a contrast! He listens, he goes WAY above and beyond in terms of being there for this repair or that delivery, and is great when it comes time to analyze the multiple bids. Plus, he's just a really genuine and nice person. Far and away the best real estate experience we've had.
