Alyssa handled the purchase of our home in May. Not sure where we wanted to settle, Alyssa’s patience & extensive knowledge of Southern NJ guided us to the perfect location for us. When our closing became extremely complex at the last moment, Alyssa’s calm, knowledgeable demeanor, extensive resource network & willingness to do “whatever it takes” made it possible for us to close efficiently & on time. Her frequent “check ins” throughout the process assured we were up to date regarding all aspects of the purchase. She answered calls quickly, listened carefully & respected our wishes. And it didn’t stop at closing. Alyssa continues to check in to see how we are. And when I’ve contacted her to obtain contractor referrals, she has responded quickly with trustworthy suggestions. Honest, compassionate, very professional & genuinely committed to finding the perfect match for her clients - Alyssa is truly the best of the best. I highly recommend her to everyone who is looking to sell/buy a home.

Vinessa was absolutely amazing in the entire process from beginning to end. She gently and steadfastly guided us through the very delicate process of preparing our home of 17 years for sale, maintaining constant communication throughout. At each step of the way she let us know where we were and what we could expect at the next step. She is exceedingly knowledgable, and goes above and beyond for her clients. No matter the situation she was a calming presence through what can be a very stressful experience. Vinessa was thorough, insightful, intuitive and results driven to reach the ultimate goal of the successful sale of our home. We can not sing her praises highly enough!
