It was such a pleasure working with Karina. I happen to meet Karina at an open house I attended, while in search of purchasing my first home. As you can imaging the many emotions involved in this arduous process; however Karina made it a lot easier, enjoyable and seamless. I was very grateful, as she listed a team of experts from bankers to inspectors to lawyers- the whole gamut. She's is extremely knowledgeable about real estate and the whole processed involved with purchasing a home. When my anxiety had the best of me, it was Karina I called, and she always picked up the phone. She was front and center at each stage of my house-buying process. Karina was there at my closing, balloons, flowers and a gift in hand. She was as excited as I was- she dressed up for the occasion and took many pictures. She even took my family and I out for lunch to celebrate this huge accomplishment. Karina has a heart of gold and treated me like I was family. I felt she had my best interest at heart.
