After the passing of my father in 2021, I was left with my family homestead. With both of my parents gone now, I had a hard time putting the house up for sale. I live in PA and the house is in NJ. I couldn't keep this house. I finally caved in and called Gareth Farmer, who my dad had worked with years before, and told him I'm ready to sell. On day three I received three offers! I accepted one of the offers and after the buyer's inspection, I needed an electrician and plumber. Gareth said he know both and could take care of it for me. Again, WOW! The electrical and plumbing issues were taken care of. I can't believe the great lengths that Gareth went through for this sale. The whole time I felt as if I were Gareth's only client. I thought I would be making numerous trips to NJ to take care of matters, but I didn't have to make one! What I thought would be a stressful and difficult process, Gareth made seamless. Gareth's expertise, enthusiasm, motivation and compassion are second to none!
