We used Stephanie as a buying and selling agent. It was a stressful process for us, as we hit some snags in the selling process and had yet to find our forever home in the buying process. Stephanie kept us moving forward. When our first buyer backed out, she had our house under contract again in less than 3 days. When nothing we looked at to purchase was 'it,' Stephanie pushed forward and had us revisit houses we had 'thrown away' in our client portal. We bought one of those by the way. She provided solutions to problems we had; She provided guidance in negotiating; She told us when to let stuff roll off our backs. I'd recommend Stephanie Davis to ANYONE buying or selling. She's laser focused on completely her goal. Her goal is to make her clients happy. Thank you Stephanie!! You made us the happiest!
