Meghan exceeded all of our expectations of a realtor. She is constantly learning about new laws and regulations regarding home sales, she’s great at explaining complex ideas to first time home buyers, and she communicates with the rest of the team (attorney, lender, etc) very well. Our sale was complicated by missing permits- Meghan was calling the borough consistently to get updates and help move the process along which is WAY MORE than we could ever have asked of her.
