Buying a home in the winter and spring of '22 was quite literal insanity. Coming into the market with a deadline before our son was born and finding the hyper competitive market was not what we were expecting. As a couple moving from Manhattan to the suburbs of New Jersey, we didnt know where to look or what to do. Donna was able to very quickly get a feel for the styles we wanted, the important aspects to us of the home, and the type of neighborhood we wanted. Immediately, she was there for us 24/7 and I do not mean that figuratively. There were many nights when we would text her a new listing and she would respond at 11pm she had already scheduled a showing for us. She would go out and do video tours on facetime when we couldnt take a day off work. We felt as if we were the only clients she was working with at all times. Most importantly, she knows the NJ market so well. She got us into listing first, scoured areas we liked and introduced us to so many different towns and spots. She always gave us candid feedback on what she thought of the home and future value so we could make smart decisions on offers in a hyper competitive market. Most importantly, she was able to get us a home in budget, on time to move in before our son was born.
