When a question arose, he was quick to respond or let us know that he would get the answer. After we made an offer, he kept us informed as to progress, and when a problem arose in the inspection process, a very fair negotiation process was quick and easy. In addition Ed went above and beyond by making suggestions for contractors to help with improvements and even recomended an insurance agent that was beneficial. Communication throughout the process was super responsive. We were kept informed throughout the entire process with regular updates. Questions were answered clearly and quickly, and we had many since we had not bought a home in 52 years. In addition, closing was extremely smooth. Working with Marvin Santos was a great experience. Although we met serendipitously Marvin was attentive from the beginning. He was an available to meet with me and show properties, to respond to questions and provide guidance on what to look for and expect from a home. Marvin provided listings of similar budgeted homes for us to see and worked with the selling agents on coordinating viewing times and follow up questions. I enjoyed working with Marvin because he never pushed a home on us and allowed for the process to develop organically. Marvin also provided assistance in securing a home inspection business.
