Johnny handled both the sale of my house and the purchase of my new condominium, so the communication on both ends was easy and timely. He stepped in and got involved with some inspection issues I was having trouble getting resolved. We bought a home that was a short sale listing. <br/><br/>Ingrid helped us with a very difficult process, dealing with the bank and the seller and sometimes with a (rightfully) frustrated buyer (me) in a very professional and effective manner. <br/><br/>I already recommended her to a couple of friends and she would be my agent of choice if/when I decide to make another purchase. She knows the local real estate market really well and also helped us find trustworthy contractors to help us with the house, as we are out of state buyers.
