"I am repeat customer working with Luann Novak. I have dealt with Luann as buyer broker and seller broker. Luann has given me great real estate advise. She is knowledgeable in the NJ shore market during different times of economy. She understands the market and is creative to find solutions. She is an advocate and friendly family grounded broker. I strongly recommend her for real estate marketing and brokerage."

Our experience with Teresa and Kelly can only be described as phenomenal! We worked with them for over two years, looked at homes and made offers many times in towns all across NJ. They always made themselves available ,and were unphased by our constant change in location, or change in what our wants and needs were. Their knowledge of the market and experience gave us a much needed advantage in what has been a very difficult real estate market. With both the sale of our house, as well as the purchase of our dream home, their knowledge, experience, and creativity were instrumental in navigating us through the process. We were able to get an unreal offer for our home within days of listing it, and structured our offer in a way that made us stand apart from other potential buyers and got us into our new home. Without them, neither of these transactions would have been as smooth or possibly even happened. They communicated with us throughout the process, educated us, and most importantly, we are 100% confident that they had our best interest at heart. We highly recommend both Teresa Barba and Kelly Vaccaro and are thankful for all they did for us.

Nick is the hardest working agent. He actually listens to his clients and guides them through the entire process of selling, buying, and moving. He was always there if I had any questions. You can't go wrong using Nick.
