Gina is very knowledgeable and plugged in to the real estate market in Bethlehem. She was proactive in seeking out homes for our consideration and worked with us until we found the perfect fit for our needs. Always professional and extraordinarily responsive. She was instrumental in staging and preparing our existing home to go on the market which led to a market setting offer on our house.

Gina is quite simply as perfect as an agent could have been. From the first meeting we were impressed by her knowledge of the local market and her calm, low-key approach to our sale. She had great resources for us to tap into for cleaners etc. and always seemed to have a good solution to any issue that arose. We were delighted with the results of her representation and it was a pleasure working with someone whose honesty we felt we could trust implicitly.

She told us what to expect with visits and showed us how to prepare our home for sale. We had several open houses, and she followed up with all the other realtors to obtain feedback. We were both impressed with her knowledge of the industry and ability to keep us informed at all times. We would definitely use her again if a realtor was needed.
