Carmen was outstanding in getting the Lee St. home sold in a very timely manner. Carmen has intimate knowledge of the Middlesex County, NJ housing market and the buyer profile who would be attracted to a single family home. Prior to listing, she walked through the home with me, noting any items that should be attended to prior to holding an open house. On Open House day, she sent pictures showing how the home was staged and reported back the following day on the number of attendees at the Open House, any offers received and next steps. Once we received a hard, firm offer, she coordinated with the other broker, the attorneys for both sides and arranged for City inspections. The day before closing, she walked through the home with me again to make sure all items noted in the inspection reports were addressed and resolved; making the closing process the following day seamless. I would hope anyone selling a home was lucky enough to have Carmen, or someone as professional as she is, as their representative during the selling/buying process. She communicated every step of the way and made sure I was aware of every item that was on going and required attention.
