Selling a home can be very stressful but that was not my experience with Patricia. After her research on my property value she determined the perfect asking price which brought in numerous showings resulting in 10 offers in 2 days with the majority above asking price. She addresses any questions or concerns immediately. She is a true professional and has guided me through this process.
