Shawn was my realtor for both my sale and purchase. My overall experience was fantastic! His attention to detail, ability to problem solve and great social skills to deal with challenging buyers and sellers makes him a diamond in the rough. He understands a persons busy schedule and does whatever he can to go above and beyond to make a stressful situation easier. My listing ad was way above expectations with professional photography and a detailed realistic description. In the first week I had an offer!! Shawn is very flexible in ensuring that his schedule is in line with mine when going to new listings. When purchasing my current home, Shawn was able to quickly arrange a showing and submitted an offer within the same day. Shawn’s knowledge of the area and current trends in the markets helped me to get the price I wanted for both houses. I would highly recommend Shawn to my friends and family without hesitation.

Shawn is simply AMAZING! Shawn is friendly and very professional. He walked me through every step of the way, providing me with as much information available and always available when I needed him. If you're in need of a realtor, Shawn Thomson is the man for the job.
