Lynn was like the captain and cheerleader of our home-buying team! She has a keen understanding of the local housing market and was able to discuss trends in home sales and purchases. She made sure to be clear on what was important to us in a home (even when our ideas kept changing) and also understood that finding the perfect home at times was an emotional process for us. Lynn has a problem-solver mindset and was not afraid to have a difficult conversation with us when needed. When it felt like we were never going to find the perfect place for our family, her patience and optimism put us at ease. When our dream home showed up on the market, Lynn made sure we were the first to see it! When the home received multiple offers on the first day it was shown, she knew just how to help us poise ourselves to have our offer accepted. Not only did Lynn write a letter to appeal to the sellers on our behalf, she gave expert guidance on what we should include in our offer, suggesting items that we simply had not considered. She understood what would be important to both the sellers and us. Lynn’s strategy worked - even though we did not submit the highest dollar offer, we were accepted! Lynn has a network of connections that aided us in finding our attorney, home inspector, mortgage broker, moving company, etc. It was so helpful to know these were proven, trusted connections - that made the entire process seamless and easy for us. Lynn leads with honesty and integrity. She is persistent and follows through to make sure every single thing is done. She is smart, friendly, and fun. Her warm nature makes her easily become a trusted friend. Lynn is at the ready when needed and always with a smile!

Thea listed our home in Red Bank and prepared us for all of the steps necessary for a successful sale. She was honest and available to us 7 days a week. Truly just a solid professional, so knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.
