Linda Kelly is the definition of a great realtor. I would classify her as a talented shark that a buyer or seller needs on their side. Linda is highly knowledgeable, professional and RESPONSIVE! She also believes in making sure that her clients understand all aspects of a transaction (the good and bad) so her clients can make decisions accordingly with eyes wide open and things can move forward as smoothly as possible. With regard to the buying process, Linda is patient! (She certainly demonstrated that with us as we explored many different homes across multiple towns) If, during a transaction, you find yourself in a situation where the agent on the other side is not responsive and time is of the essence, Linda jumps in to bring both sides to agreement so both parties can get to the closing table. Linda also worked with us on the sell side. She listed our home at what we considered to be a fair price. Within 48 hours of listing and an open house, we had 4 offers. Three of the offers were above asking price.
