She patiently guided me all the way from reviewing comparable sales and pricing our family home, to scheduling the CO inspection with the township. She also provided me with information about reputable contractors to make any necessary repairs. Michele responded quickly to all questions and was readily accessible when contacting her via cell phone and emails. She made this experience as stress free as humanly possible and I was relieved that everything went so smoothly. In the end, the house was sold in a weekend, with multiple offers, and with her strong negotiating skills, we received an offer above the asking price. Michele is a dedicated real estate agent who always keeps her client’s best interest in mind and diligently ensures all facets of a transaction are attended to. She has a thorough knowledge of her job, communicates effectively and is a pleasure to work with.
