I want to thank Michele for everything she has done. She made a tough time a lot easier on the entire family. During the open house, she was very attentive and even brought flowers for the front porch to make the home more welcoming. She patiently guided me all the way from reviewing comparable sales and pricing our family home, to scheduling the CO inspection with the township. In the end, the house was sold in a weekend, with multiple offers, and with her strong negotiating skills, we received an offer above the asking price.
