Sharif and his team helped me navigate through a very difficult time in which I sold a home and bought a home, closing on both properties the same day. Sharif helped me to arrange an early occupancy so that I didn’t have to move my belongings into storage. He also worked with my financial advisor and mortgage consultant. He was extremely responsive (within an hour always) and was also realistic in expectations for both selling and buying. I’ll utilize his team in the future for sure.
