great experience! .

I was looking for a realtor in South Jersey to assist me with the my aunt’s estate. Since I am not from the area I asked around and Sheetal came highly recommended. Which she proved she had earned the recommendation through the course of listing and closing on my aunt’s home. She was very helpful in providing local contacts for various projects throughout the listing and selling process. She kindly offered us access to her personal lawn tools and even offered us dinner at her house after a long day of cleaning out my aunt’s home. Sheetal was always available to answer questions and provide guidance. I am very head strong on certain things but Sheetal asked me to trust her and she was so right! She knows her clients, the requirements for the area and who to contact for the best help. Because of her we learned a lot about selling a home in South Jersey and successfully closed on time! My schedule did not allow me to attend the closing and Sheetal handled everything and helped us successfully close on the property. If you have a property to list or are looking to buy in New Jersey, I would highly recommend Sheetal Patel! She will work hard for you as her client and support you in reaching your goals!
