I've worked with many agents on buying/selling, and the majority of them "go through the motions" and are solely motivated by their commissions. Working with Michelle has shown me otherwise. She came recommended to me through an investor acquaintance and I haven't looked at working with others since. Michelle definitely knows her markets well, isn't afraid to give an honest assessment (good or bad), will work tirelessly to try earn top dollar on sales, whilst also trying to secure good deals on purchases. I rarely give recommendations, but this one is definitely warranted.

Latonya has been working with us for a few years because I felt mom needed to downsize. Well we reached crunch point when mom had a couple falls while not wanting to give up the "big house" and wanting to live alone. It became unsafe.
