Not only did we entrust Tim to purchase our home, but he was also able to then help us sell our family member's home in a very quick manner while maximizing our overall profits. We were looking for a property and a bit pessimistic that we would find one or could even swing it financially. As soon as we met Bob we just got the impression that he was going to make it happen. Even after some disappointments he just kept saying "oh it will happen"! He found us properties that were not even on the market yet and then showed us a house via face timing us when we couldn't get there to see it ourselves. In the end it did indeed happen.
