I loved working with Fern. She was always available to me - nights, weekends, whenever. Fern was by Buyer's Agent and represented me exceptionally. The Seller Agent wanted to add an extra charge above $1,000, but Fern was able to get the charge deleted because the other Agent never put it in writing. I will use Fern again and will recommend her to friends.

Beth was very personable, knowledgeable, and flexible when it came to selling our home. She was always willing to answer questions and provided lots of advice in the unique pandemic market.
