Nicole was an absolute pleasure to work with. As first time homebuyers, jumping into a competitive market seemed extremely daunting - Nicole made the process enjoyable. Nicole is caring, motivated, and very detail oriented. We loved working with Nicole because she took the time to answer every question we had - we felt informed at every part of the process. She is a great advocate and was able to help us beat out multiple offers with full inspections! We could not be happier with our new home, and would recommend Nicole to anyone looking for a great realtor.

Nicole was to represent both the buyer and seller, but the entire transaction favored the buyer (her sister). As the Seller she forgot important documents and the closing was a disgrace. She also did not provide any guidance on the expectations of the seller causing me the loss of much time and monies. I hope this was a lesson learned on professionalism.
