Hello, yes, I sold my own investment property but I'm not here to toot my own horn. Just wanted to let you know that I stopped using RateMyAgent for reviews a long time ago. You can find my more recent reviews on Google.

Keriann is great. Oh, you want to know more? Well, my wife and I were buying our first home and, naturally, we were nervous, scared, no, terrified about the process. We heard all of the horror stories about buying a home and were constantly on edge and defensive as we looked on all of the real estate websites for our “forever home.” That was until we were introduced to Keriann. Right from the beginning she calmed us down and walked us through what would become a two-month process with multiple searches, multiple offers, and (finally) a nerve-racking settlement process. She listened to our crazy criteria (no sidewalks, next to a cemetery is fine, etc.) and was ready whenever we found something we wanted to look at. And when I mean ready, I mean weekends, evenings, it didn't matter! She was always there. She even subtly talked us out of a property that we thought we would like, but she knew it wasn't right for US. That's the hallmark of a caring professional, which is exactly what she is times 10! If you're looking for a realtor (whether you're buying or selling), call Keriann, NOW!

After our initial meeting with Mr. Cohen and discussing our goal to sell the house, he helped us map out a timeline. Throughout the process, we felt confident in his ability to help us reach our goal because of his knowledge of the current market's climate and years of experience. Mr. Cohen was very good with communicating with us and keeping us up to date with feedback during the showings. His experience was evident when unexpected things came up because he had contacts and resources who were able to help us navigate the unanticipated challenges. Once an offer was received, he worked with us efficiently to have all of the documents completed in a timely manner. The fact that his agency uses the DocuSign process was great. This meant that we were successful in reaching our goal of having the house sold according to our original timeline. Also, the settlement process went very smoothly. Finally, we would highly recommend Mr. Cohen as the agent to choose, if you're interested in selling or purchasing a home.
