Keriann is great. Oh, you want to know more? Well, my wife and I were buying our first home and, naturally, we were nervous, scared, no, terrified about the process. We heard all of the horror stories about buying a home and were constantly on edge and defensive as we looked on all of the real estate websites for our “forever home.” That was until we were introduced to Keriann. Right from the beginning she calmed us down and walked us through what would become a two-month process with multiple searches, multiple offers, and (finally) a nerve-racking settlement process. She listened to our crazy criteria (no sidewalks, next to a cemetery is fine, etc.) and was ready whenever we found something we wanted to look at. And when I mean ready, I mean weekends, evenings, it didn't matter! She was always there. She even subtly talked us out of a property that we thought we would like, but she knew it wasn't right for US. That's the hallmark of a caring professional, which is exactly what she is times 10!
