Michele was incredibly helpful throughout the home buying process. She was able to arrange a home tour, pre-approval, and offer all in the same day for our home. She has many connections in the business which proved helpful when several issues came up during the home buying process that needed to be dealt with. She was always efficient and kept the process moving along. She would check in frequently to see if there was anything she could do to help. We appreciated having her as part of our team for this purchase and would absolutely partner with her again in the future.

In addition Ed went above and beyond by making suggestions for contractors to help with improvements and even recomended an insurance agent that was beneficial. Communication throughout the process was super responsive. We were kept informed throughout the entire process with regular updates. Questions were answered clearly and quickly, and we had many since we had not bought a home in 52 years. In addition, closing was extremely smooth.
