I found a house that I just knew was a perfect home for my children and me, but this market is crazy. She got in a last-minute showing for me- literally after they stopped showing the house. I made an offer that evening. There were over twenty offers but ultimately the sellers chose me! At closing I asked them why they chose me and they said that our realtor was so pleasant, that she made it abundantly clear that I loved the home and that she followed up so consistently that they knew the house should go to us. She was timely, assertive, and just a good person in general- the kind of person that both a seller and a buy would want to work with. I can’t express my gratitude enough at the work she put in to ensure this cute and perfect house would be ours.

Karla is very knowledgeable and knows how to negotiate. She will answer any questions or find out any info needed. She Is thorough and honest. She follows all the regulations. I would recommend Karla to anyone trying to sell or buy a house or mobile home.
