This was mine and my husbands first time buying a home, we were blessed to have received Michael as our realtor. Michael was prompt, persistent, patient, and friendly. Michael dedicated much of his time helping us look for our perfect home for our family, even if that meant spending the whole day driving all around different towns giving us home tours. He was always sending us potential homes to view that he knew met our criteria. Michael, was fantastic, although this is a form of income for him, he was truly dedicated to helping us find our home even if it did take a few months. We appreciate all the time/support Michael gave us.

My experience with Maurice was incredible . I was able to reach out to him anytime of the day or night as well as weekends . His knowledge and expertise was astounding . He was patient in his explanations (I had many questions) . He accurately explained the steps and stages that we were going through as well as the next steps that would be taken . If he was unsure of something his response was always “ I don’t know “ but I will get back to you and he did . He oversaw the sale from start to finish and I feel that he gave the maximum effort to achieve my goals . In short he is the absolute best that a person could get . Ps. I found Jessica just being on line looking at whatever I could afford, lolol, Never Ever did I think I would be looking at Modulars. Did not have 1 clue how it even worked. So, With that I was very scared about that type of purchase and even more with Lot Lease being seperate. After her support and teaching me the process, I figured whats the difference between Lot Lease and Property Taxes? Do you ever own the land anyways?
