She was very helpful when we were getting our house ready for sale by giving us many specific and affordable recommendations. Other agents either did not offer us many ideas, or they were suggesting major and expensive renovations. Her solid knowledge of the structural and mechanical parts of houses was helpful, both when we were selling and buying. She was also a strong negotiator for us concerning repairs when we bought our new home. We recommend her highly.
