We did have a lot of fun as he said we would until our buyers ran into trouble at the last minute with their house sale. That's when the fun went away and the stress flooded in. Fortunately, David handled those problems with level headed calm and strong negotiating instincts which really helped us. He was cool and collected and drove on with intensity and purpose.
