Chuck was excellent in all aspects and very knowledgeable about the local market and local requirements. Had a lot of work to do on the home to get ready for the sale and he really coordinated so much of it. Dialogue when discussing what was needed to be done and what was optional was a collaboration and he respected my opinions. I’m glad he was my agent.

We were looking for a property and a bit pessimistic that we would find one or could even swing it financially. As soon as we met Bob we just got the impression that he was going to make it happen. Even after some disappointments he just kept saying "oh it will happen"! He found us properties that were not even on the market yet and then showed us a house via face timing us when we couldn't get there to see it ourselves. In the end it did indeed happen. We got our house thanks to Bob and his team. Would highly recommend !
