Yontia was great with selling my house. Was very personable and listened to my needs and wants with selling the house. We were able to sell quick and everything was smooth.

Nicole was to represent both the buyer and seller, but the entire transaction favored the buyer (her sister). As the Seller she forgot important documents and the closing was a disgrace. She also did not provide any guidance on the expectations of the seller causing me the loss of much time and monies. I hope this was a lesson learned on professionalism.
