Watching him negotiate offers over the phone with a number of potential buyers was like watching high stakes poker in 'Vegas. He was masterful and it was extremely entertaining. We did have a lot of fun as he said we would until our buyers ran into trouble at the last minute with their house sale. That's when the fun went away and the stress flooded in. Fortunately, David handled those problems with level headed calm and strong negotiating instincts which really helped us. He was cool and collected and drove on with intensity and purpose. He brought us to a successful closing and a happy ending. I without reservation recommend him. His strong suits are energy, planning, communication and super strong negotiating skills.

This is my second transaction with Meghan. She is professional, knowledgeable, kind, and very easy to work with. Her patience through all the questions I had and support I needed to sell my house was amazing. We met a couple months before I listed and she provided really important information about the market and timing for listing. When I was ready to list she provided help with staging my house, had a great photographer take pictures, and created a beautiful listing. We cannot speak highly enough about Steve. He was able to sell our primary residence as well as two investment properties within two weeks. Steve was extremely helpful in assisting us with pricing and advertising our properties.
