All the years Dawn has worked in the Real Estate business has given her the experience and knowledge that is very difficult to get anywhere else. She must never sleep as she will respond to any questions, inquiries or situation any time of day or night it seems. This was our first time buying a home, and it is such a stressful and overwhelming experience I hope I never have to go through again (though if I did, Deb would be my first phone call!) But Deb was with us the whole time, answered every question, never pressured us in any way, she truly wanted us to be 100% happy with our purchase. At times she felt like a protective mother, and I don’t mean that she was overbearing or controlling. I mean that she genuinely had our best interests at heart. Every person she recommended was stellar at their job. She is professional, personable and amazing at her job. I would recommend her to everyone. We are so so so happy in our neighborhood and with our house. Since we’ve settled in, Deb has checked in a few times to make sure we’re doing well.
