All around great experience

When we started looking for a new home, a friend recommended that we meet Sherri to have her be our buyer's representative. We knew quickly that Sherri would do a great job! Sherri worked diligently to find us our new home. She is very professional in her approach and understands the real estate market. We found a home and Sherri helped us to make a reasonable offer which was accepted by the sellers. The closing process was very smooth with Sherri promptly handling all of the details for closing. We were so happy with Sherri that we gave her the listing to sell our old home. Again, she was very expeditious and professional in bringing the house to market and was laser focused on the details. As an example, Sherri made sure that listing photos were professionally done and checked the photo quality of every shot. She helped us to stage the home so that it showed its best. It is that attention to detail that attracted buyers which resulted in good offers within one week. Moving toward closing, Sherri expeditiously managed all of the inspections and testing needed for closing. She never wavered in her commitment to getting things done quickly. As a result of her efforts and keen attention to the details, we were able to move up the settlement date which worked well for both buyer and seller. Our experience with Sherri was certainly "5 star" and we highly recommend her! We not only had an experience with a true Real Estate professional, but we also gained a friend!
