Donna helped us to sell a property. She gave us excellent advice as we decided when to start to show the house, gave us excellent recommendations for getting work completed on the house before selling, and was backed up by an enthusiastic and knowledgeable team. She responded to texts, emails and voicemails quickly. We also asked Donna to help with last minute preparations of paperwork for closing, and she pulled out all the stops to assist us. I highly recommend her.

Colleen’s knowledge of the current market is exceptional. She explained everything in detail and even though I was a little skeptical about what she said she thought I would receive for my condo, not only did she get me what she listed it for she got me even more than I could have believed. She was very patient when answering my questions and helped me through all the e-signing of the documents. Very different process from when I was in Real Estate, long ago.
