My parents had moved into a continuing care community and it was time to sell my parent's house. Eric was integral in the selling of my home, even though my spouse and I were getting a divorce, Eric was very professional assisting the two of us separately. On the day of closing, I met Eric an hour away and I arrived first. Eric came shortly after me and I was already in the office of the Lawyer for the Title. The Lawyer was not pleasant to me, I called Eric who said he was in the parking and when he came in his presence spoke for itself. The Lawyer changed his entire tone.
