Pat was wonderful as our selling agent. We were remodeling a home to move into and she met with us (a few times)well before we were ready to sell our current home. She gave us a lot of information to prepare and went over the whole process with us. Once we were ready to sell she helped make the process easy. From setting a selling price, to meeting with the township fire inspector or attending settlement in our place she made the whole process smooth.
