I recently was in contact with Caryn about a rental property in New Hope. Though it didn’t end up being a good fit for my family. I wanted to give Caryn a good review. She was so helpful! Really went above, & beyond. Responded promptly. She also asked what our needs were,& sent more listings. I’m impressed with her work ethic.

My property was an older home. I interviewed two other real estate agents that had very negative thoughts about it wanted me to sell it way under price. Alicia came in saw potential advertised it with positivity, and my house was sold in less than 12 days.
