I was diagnosed with COVID on January 2nd of this year 2021 and was hospitalized for 6 days . I came home to recover for approx 7 more weeks but during my hospital stay ( being alone most of the time ) I had all different thoughts going through my mind . I relied mostly on my strong faith in God . I prayed often and one of my prayers was to find a Realtor to sell my Condo at Seapointe Village . I did not know nor did most of us even now know this Virus's affects on our lives after recovery . I decided to pray for God to place the right Realtor as I knew of no one in that field even though I'm in Sales for 41 years with many connections . I searched the internet and found one man , Michael Wilson , who caught my interest. I contacted Michael but due to my sickness , I couldn't talk too long so we did a lot of texting back and forth . Michael assured me that he would get me atleast the price I thought would sell this property . There was tremendous emotion as not knowing the unknown of this virus and how I would or wouldn't recover was heavily favored in my mind . Michael was a comfort and went to work on my timing and when Michael listed my condo , I had no doubts that he would come through on all the promises he had made to me . Throughout the process he not only sold the one place that was so dear to my family and friends ( I had this place for 23 years ) , but he was a friend and brother to me and it was smooth sailing from the very start until closing . Very much more depth to my experience with Michael Wilson but I assure you , there was one prayer and one Realtor (Michael Wilson ) who God led me to . I thank God for the many talents he has given to Michael , especially the gift of selling and buying property for those in the market to do so . He is the " BEST"!
