Tony is probably the most knowledgeable agent I have ever dealt with. He helped me find a home to renovate, gave me suggestions during the process, and referred me to a few good contractors. When the home was done, he suggested a listing price that I thought was optimistic, but he nailed it! Everything went very well, and I am now on the hunt for my next project, of course with Tony's help.
