Upon the recent passing of my mother, we contacted Mary Malone to be our realtor. During my first meeting with her I was impressed with not only professional appearance but with her personalized approach. She took her time presenting her company LUXE Service Group, answered questions and made this difficult time easier. She was efficient and communicated throughout the whole process. She made us aware of every potential buyer visit, gave us direction in obtaining documents needed for the closing and promptly answered all phone calls and emails. I highly recommend Mary and her group for anyone seeking a dedicated and reliable real estate partner.

Working with Mary Malone and The Luxe Service Group at Coldwell Banker Realty was a great experience from start to finish. Mary managed every detail of our home sale—from coordinating professional physical and virtual staging to keeping marketing materials top-tier. When critical deadlines arrived, she advocated fiercely on our behalf to ensure buyer commitments were met on time. Her team maintained clear, constant communication throughout showing feedback, utility transfers, and legal closing details. Highly recommend Mary for anyone looking for a dedicated, professional real estate agent!

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Mary and her entire team were absolutely fantastic throughout the process of selling our home. They were professional, knowledgeable, incredibly responsive, and paid attention to every little detail. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make what can be a stressful process feel as smooth and manageable as possible. We always felt like we were in good hands and that they genuinely cared about getting the best outcome for us. We are extremely grateful for all of their hard work and would highly recommend her and her team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!
