I thought Turpin (Mara Nydam) did a nice job of giving me advice on what to clean up and what to fix prior to the sale. The advice to stage the house was excellent

Mara Nydam did a wonderful job selling my home. She was pleasant but more important- so competent. Mara knew the Mendham and surrounding area and was on point with her advice. I don't think I had an easier transaction and if honest I was the "difficult" party because of my travel for work but Mara kept me and the sale on point. 5 stars for her and for Alyson at the staging company!!! Worth every penny.

Mara has been working with us for years trying to help us find the right townhouse that met our needs. She was knowledgeable and helpful. With her help we closed on our new home and are enjoying it very much. She was supportive and the lines of communication were always open. We enjoyed working with her.
