As a commercial real estate developer and builder of many decades I've worked with my share of brokers and agents and know what to look for. When it came time to select a broker/ agent for the listing of my primary residence I interviewed six candidates for the position. While this is the only transaction I will likely have with Gary, his commitment to my success as a Seller has believing he would be equally competent as a Buyers agent.
