Patricia Florentine is an amazing agent. I highly recommend her as realtor. Unlike other agents I have dealt with in the past Patricia does not pressure you to list your home with her. Selling a home can be very stressful but that was not my experience with Patricia. After her research on my property value she determined the perfect asking price which brought in numerous showings resulting in 10 offers in 2 days with the majority above asking price. She addresses any questions or concerns immediately. She is a true professional and has guided me through this process. This is the third house I have sold and I by far Patricia has been the best agent I have dealt with
