He handled all aspects of the transaction including listing, arranging for contractors and lawyers, inspections, and all other related matters. He was proactive. He did what true professionals are supposed to do. He kept us in the loop while taking care of all processes that normally take place with a transaction like this.

Michael was professional since the first day, was always proactive at searching for multiple options in the areas we requested but also suggested other areas that met our needs. He has always been flexible in scheduling and was always realistic about what we could get within our budget. He also recommended people for the services we needed (inspectors, plumbers…).
