Tara was a great resource while selling our home. She negotiated a good price, gave us timely advice and helped with what became a rather complicated closing due to the buyer's situation. I would definitely recommend her services.

My husband and I were referred to Donna Stralkus by another client and we are so fortunate. Donna has an in-depth knowledge of NJ and was able to speak to the specifics of why we would or would not like an area based on our search criteria. This knowledge was indispensable in helping us to narrow down our search areas and ultimately in choosing which houses we should go all in on. Donna's second greatest strength and skill is her deep knowledge of real estate and its inner workings. She was able to guide us through the process, helping to navigate the paperwork, relationships and emotional rollercoaster that is purchasing a home. Last but certainly not least is Donna's natural ability to connect. A clear people person at heart, Donna cared for us by remaining calm and focused and always making herself available. Donna spent countless hours doing research, understanding our wants and taking us around weekend after weekend. She is simply the best and ultimately helped us find our dream home. We are forever grateful we were able to work with her and can now call her a friend!
