This review is probably sooooo long overdue. My wife and I had bought and sold homes in the past - and every time we cringed dealing with the realtors. Some were incompetent, some greedy, some - plain nasty. All of that changed 4 years ago when we decided to buy an investment property. Erica was referred by a co-worker! We never looked back. Not just we gained a realtor that knew her craft, had answers for everything from insurance to plumber recommendations, but we gained a friend. We purchased and rented out 3 times our investment property with Erica’s help. Every time i just had to send her a text - she took care of the rest. We also sold our primary home and she found us a beautiful home and a steal for our new home. When our cleaning lady didnt show on the day of the closing - she took broom and mop and helped get house ready.
