I’m a risk-averse and cautious person by nature, so when it came to buying a house, I had a bazillion questions and concerns—especially knowing that this would be one of the largest purchases I’d ever make (so far, anyway). Nick was always responsive, patient, and willing to explain everything clearly. Whenever he didn’t know the answer to something, he would take the time to find out. That made me feel supported, informed, and much more confident throughout the entire process. The attorney Nick referred me to was excellent as well, which made the overall experience even smoother. Buying a home can feel overwhelming, but having a reliable and knowledgeable realtor made the process much less stressful—although, of course, still a little stressful!

Nick is the hardest working agent. He actually listens to his clients and guides them through the entire process of selling, buying, and moving. He was always there if I had any questions. You can't go wrong using Nick.

Julissa went above and beyond during the sale of my home. Extremely patient during a long and difficult process which was crucial to everyone involved including myself. I moved out of state and gladly Julissa was able to intercede and help throughout without me being in the state. I was truly blessed in having her as my broker and if I stayed in state I would have definitely had her help me look for my forever home.
