Alex Monaco was our realtor for our move from Middlesex, NJ, to Mobile, AL. He was always there when we needed him. Always pleasant and handled everything in a very personal way. He is one of those guys who wants everything done the right way. Very professional in a way that you enjoy working with him. After we moved, he sent us a framed picture of our old home, very thoughtful.

Alex helped us search for a home for almost 2 years and in the end made sure he did everything he could to get the deal done also got a free moving truck after !!!

I had a wonderful experience working with Mr. Alex Monaco. From the beginning, he was extremely professional, patient, and knowledgeable. Guided me through every step of the home-buying process, explained things clearly, and always made sure my questions were answered. Thanks to his dedication, I was able to buy my home without any hassles.I highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Truly an outstanding agent!

Joe was a guiding light throughout the entire process of preparing our home for sale, as well as, managing all aspects of the selling process to ensure we got what the market would offer as the best price. Highly recommended.

If you looking for someone you can trust, Joe is your guy. We successfully purchased our first house thanks to Joe. He was a great guide and knowledgeable person through this whole process. He understands the local area of Berkeley Heights and does their research prior to speaking to us. He also listens to what we was looking for and understands us. Joe was extremely responsive all the time and professional. Thank you so much for all of your help! For stand for us, durning the good and difficult time of our journey. We are so grateful for all of the hard work you've done to not only help us to find the right house but also to go above and beyond until the end of the process he works hard and doesn't rest until the things get done.

Working with Joe was great. He helped us sell our mother’s house. She lived there for 62 years and the house needed some work before we could put it on the market. Joe knew all the right people to help get the house ready for the sale.I managed the process remotely and had to rely on Joe to help get a lot of things done. The sale went very smoothly. Even as the market was starting to soften, we got what we wanted out of the sale.
